We’re looking for sharp, personable, highly-organized people to assist our team to research and liaise with an ever-growing network of the medical and holistic field as we create a database that we can refer our members to.

About this opportunity
We are currently putting together a database of GP’s, Specialists and other members of the medical and holistic field – Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists etc.

We require a number of people who can contact different practices to put together a list of contact details including email addresses.  This may mean contacting the practice directly to obtain some of the details and to verify details are correct.

Our eventual aim is to be able to send out surveys and information to be able to ascertain their knowledge of Fibromyalgia so that we are able to make suitable recommendations to our members of those who are fibro friendly and non-judgemental.

As you would be calling on behalf of Fibro & Us you need have a friendly and personable demeanour.  You would be our voice when contacting practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data integrity by regular review and cleansing of information

• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive material

• Entering data into an excel spreadsheet

• Contacting medical, dental & holistical practices to collect information

 

Skills and Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of excel and Microsoft word

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written

• Exceptional relationship management

• Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines

• High attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of a sensitive nature

• Ability to work well on their own or in a group

Strong work ethics and be personably accountable
